Hi,
As a polo player at the University of St Andrews I will be the first to admit how addictive and serious fun a good game of polo is. My goal is therefore to do this with the best group possible. So, having experienced firsthand how proper access to training facilities can upgrade your play and handicap, I decided to create UPA.
In collaboration with El Metejon, we have designed a complete two-week program exclusively for university students. Its structured coaching, serious polo, including match play, mixed with shared activities for everyone. The idea is simple: Experience polo at its source, connect with peers globally and be part of building the next generation of players.
There's no better place to do this than Argentina.
This unique experience is designed especially for students. All levels and handicaps are welcome - from beginner to dedicated university players.

THE two-week PROGRAMme
Most of us have learned one hour at a time. This is the entire reason we encourage two weeks and not just two days.
Stick & Ball
After some light brekkie, the mornings start with Stick & Ball. Your chance to work on your seat, balance, swings, all in one place with a pro. This is your practice session on the pitch, two horses each.
After a siesta or a recovery plunge in the pool, we sit down together for lunch. The afternoon hours until chukker are free time.
Chukkers
The evenings belong to the Chukkers. These 7½ minute rounds are the main event and, naturally, where most the fun will be had. Over the fortnight that's nearly 60 rounds of intense experience that is simply unprecedented in the sport.
Implement the skills you've been taught in real matchplay and not only cheer but coach your peers on.
Between sessions, free time can be enjoyed on the grounds, in the village or even in the city.
